NAMI Family-to-Family

Improve your coping and problem-solving skills

NAMI Fond du Lac announces that the start date for NAMI Family-to-Family (F2F) has been pushed back and set for Wednesday, March 14th.

F2F is a free, 12-session educational program for family, significant others and friends of people living with mental illness. It is a designated evidenced-based program, taught by NAMI-trained family members who have been there, and includes presentations, discussion and interactive exercises.

Three out of four caregivers report having high levels of stress.  Research shows that the F2F program significantly improves the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to an individual living with a mental health condition.

NAMI Family-to-Family not only provides critical information and strategies for taking care of the person you love, but you’ll also find out that you’re not alone. Recovery is a journey, and there is hope.

F2F Program will meet at Memorial Baptist Church, 645 Forrest Ave., Fond du Lac every Wednesday evening between March 14 and May 30 from 6:30 to 9:00pm.   Please call 979-0512 or email to register or with additional questions.   Pre-registration is required.
