NAMI Fond du Lac offers free, confidential support groups led by trained facilitators with lived experience. These groups provide a safe and welcoming space to share, listen, and connect with others who understand.

Individuals living with mental health conditions and family members supporting a loved one.
What to Expect
A respectful, non-judgmental environment where you can share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with.
Cost
All NAMI support groups are completely free and open to the community.
Available Support Groups
NAMI Family Support Group
A monthly meeting of family members of individuals with mental illness where they can talk about their challenges and help one another.
NAMI FDL offers this group on the third Thursday of every month at 6:30pm.

NAMI Peer Support Group
Offers peer support in a safe and caring environment. Each support group is led by trained facilitators who have moved forward in their recovery journey with the support of their peers.
NAMI Fond du Lac offers this group on the first Tuesday of every month from 6:00 – 7:30pm.

Survivors of Suicide Loss Support Group
Have you lost a loved one to suicide? There is help from others who, like you, have experienced this tragedy. They want to help you recover and, most of all, they want you to know that you are not alone.
NAMI Fond du Lac offers this group on the second Wednesday of every month from 6:00 – 7:30pm.

Children's Grief Support Group
This children’s grief support group is provided for children ages 6-18 who have lost any important person in their life. This support group is offered through Bo’s Heavenly Clubhouse and supported by NAMI Fond du Lac County.
This group is offered the third Monday of every month from 5:15 – 6:15pm.
